Our website includes links to other websites and tools (Michigan property tax estimators, BS&A property records, third-party home-value reports, recommended professionals, etc.). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after we post updates means you accept the new terms.
