How we’ll handle your information.
You’re a click away from our application platform, where you’ll be asked for the information we need to evaluate your loan — Social Security number, income, employment, debts, the property details, and so on. Federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) requires us to tell you, before you give us that information, how we handle it.
The short version
- We collect what we need to evaluate, structure, and submit your loan. SSN, income, employment, assets, debts, credit, the property — that’s the data set.
- We share it only with the people who help close your loan. The lenders we submit your loan to. The service providers who run credit, title, appraisal, and verifications. Regulators when the law requires it.
- We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it for marketing. Not ours, not affiliates’, not anyone’s.
- We protect it. Encrypted transmission, restricted access, secure document handling.
